Once the availability and rates have been confirmed, we will ask for your personal details (identity card number, full name and address, telephone) and for a bank transfer as a deposit, amounting to half the amount due for your whole stay. Once we have received the bank transfer, the reservation will be confirmed. The amount left will be paid in cash when you arrive in the house and have been handed the keys.

50% will be paid through a bank transfer in order to confirm the reservation. The rest of the amount due will be paid in cash at your arrival at the house, after having been handed the keys in.
We do not ask for a deposit usually but we reserve our right to do so on some particular occasions.
We understand that those things can happen although we expect from our guests to take care of the Casa Gran as if it were their own.
Bedrooms will be available from 15 pm on the day of your arrival and you should leave them at 12 pm maximum of your check-out date. However, if the occupation of the house allows us to do so, we will be glad to allow you to leave it later. Usually, the check out takes place after lunch, around 18 pm.
On your arrival at the Casa Gran we will give you the keys of the bedrooms. We recommend you to tell us about your arriving time to make sure we are there to welcome you.
Absolutely! And we strongly recommend you to do so. The water is excellent, coming from our own well, from the Cardó mountain range.
The property guard lives next to the Casa Gran and he will make sure you have everything you need during your stay.
Since the Casa Gran works on green energy, we cannot have high-consumption appliances such as an oven or a dishwasher machine. There are three gas cookers in the house and a barbecue outdoors.
No adaptor is needed. Electric power in the house runs at 220 V. We have an electrical gas oil generator that powers electricity to the house Casa Gran, even if there is no sun nor wind in several days.
It is not necessary. We will provide you the firewood for the barbecue and the fireplace with no extra cost.
When you arrive in the house, you will find it clean and ready for your stay. We would be grateful if you could leave it tidy and clean, although we will clean it up again for the next customers.
If you have booked the complete house, the resting times will be up to you. If you share the house with other customers, we will ask you to apply the simple rules of civility and common sense so that everybody feels comfortable.
